Who this is for
Body shops, dealerships, fleet managers, impound lots, property managers, roadside programs — anyone who orders tows for other people's vehicles or their own inventory and wants one bill.
Setting up
For businesses → Get started creates your business account. You'll be asked for the business, a contact, and how you want to pay: a card on file or monthly invoice (net terms, approved by Towhub). Invite the people who order under Team — requesters can order and see jobs; admins can also manage providers and billing.
Ordering a tow
New order handles one vehicle or twenty: pickup, destination, your reference (PO, RO, claim or stock number), and each vehicle — scanned, typed, or pasted as a list of VINs. Add the owner's name and mobile on a customer's car so they can follow the tow. Quotes come from companies covering the pickup, priced from their rates — or from your preferred providers with negotiated rates — and the job is billed to your account rather than a card at the roadside. Tracking and receipts
Your Overview shows what's waiting on you (quotes to choose), what's on the road right now, and the month so far — tows ordered, completed, and what they cost.
Tows is the full history. Search by VIN, your reference, stock number, the owner's name, an address, the tow company or the job number off a receipt — every word you type has to match, and search reaches every tow you've ever ordered, however old — then narrow it by status, dates or who ordered it. The total for whatever you've filtered is at the top, and Download CSV gives you the same rows for your books.
Every tow has a tracking page and an itemized receipt (web and PDF).
Fees
The platform fee on business jobs is 10%, paid by the tow company out of the price. You see one price.
