Joining
Your company sends an invite link by email. Open it on your phone, create a password, and you land on Current jobs — the only screen you need.
Put it on your home screen
Towhub runs as an app on your phone without an app store. On iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android: the install prompt on the Current jobs page, or the browser menu → Install app. Installed, it opens full-screen, loads faster, and stays put between jobs.
Then tap Turn on notifications so you're told the moment dispatch assigns you a job, even with the phone in your pocket. (On iPhone this only works once the app is on the home screen.)
Clock in, go online
Clock in starts your timecard. Go online shares your location with dispatch and with the customer you're driving to — it's how the tracking map and the ETA work. Keep it on while you're working; turn it off when you're done. The screen shows when your last position went through.
Before the first job
If your company uses inspections, walk the truck: lights, tires, brakes, hydraulics, chains, leaks. Two minutes on the phone. A critical defect parks the truck until it's fixed — that's the point.
Your next shift
Your scheduled shift, truck and any dispatcher note show at the top of the screen.
