Our commitment
Everyone who's stuck on the shoulder should be able to get a tow. Towhub is built on a design system with WCAG 2.1 AA contrast targets, keyboard-navigable components, and semantic markup, and the request flow works with a mobile screen reader. We test with keyboard-only navigation and browser zoom to 200%.
Known limitations
- Map views convey some information visually (truck position). The same information is available as text on the same page (driver ETA, status timeline).
- Printable job sheets and receipts are designed for print; the same data is available on screen.
