Your customer directory
Every job creates or updates a Customer — phone, name, vehicles, job history, amounts. Phone jobs autofill from the number. Import your existing list from a CSV (tolerant of column names; duplicates by phone are merged) and their vehicles come along. Each customer has a printable statement of jobs and payments.
Business accounts
A body shop, dealer or fleet on Towhub can add you as a preferred provider. When they do, they appear on Business accounts with how they rank you, whether they use their list exclusively, and their job history with you.
Give them a negotiated rate card: per vehicle type, a hook-up, per-mile, minimum, included miles and after-hours multiplier that replaces your public rule on their requests only. Leave a field blank to keep your public number. Extras and the after-hours window follow your public rule so the published add-on list stays one list.
Their requests show Negotiated rate to them; the fee on business jobs is 10%.
Getting businesses to add you
Send them your public profile — that's what their Preferred providers search shows. A shop that already calls you will add you in a minute if you ask.
