Every job has a record
The activity log on each job captures, with who and when: the quote and acceptance, assignment changes, every status with the truck's position, photos and signatures, notes, add-on proposals and decisions, payment events, the rating, timecard approvals. It's append-only; nothing is edited after the fact.
Activity shows the same feed across the whole company, filterable by kind, person, job and date, and exports to CSV.
Notes
Anyone on the job can add a note — the customer's gate code, damage observed, who you spoke to. Notes are part of the record and show on the dispute case if there ever is one.
Photos and signatures
Drivers add photos at any stage and capture the customer's signature on the phone at release. On accident, recovery, impound and police jobs, two condition photos are required before the vehicle can be marked loaded.
Job sheet
Print job sheet on any job gives a one-page sheet with the vehicle, route, customer, itemization, timeline, signature lines (or the captured signature), and your masthead — for the glovebox, the yard file, or an insurer.
Receipts
Every completed job's receipt (web, PDF, email) and every cancellation receipt is generated from the same record and stored with the job.
