"Not sharing location yet"
The driver is assigned but hasn't gone online in the app, or hasn't started moving. The map shows the truck once the driver's phone sends its first position; the status timeline updates as soon as they tap On my way. Both usually happen within a few minutes of the company accepting.
The truck isn't moving
Positions come every few seconds while the driver's phone has signal. In a dead zone the phone keeps recording and the trail catches up when signal returns — the ETA may jump when it does. If nothing has changed for ten minutes, call the driver from the tracking page.
The page looks stuck
The tracking page updates itself, but a phone that's been asleep or switched apps can lose the live connection. Pull down to refresh (or reload). If it's still stale, close the tab and open the tracking link from your text again.
The ETA is wrong
The ETA is live traffic from the truck's last position to your pickup. It'll be off if the driver stopped for fuel, or if their phone hasn't sent a position for a while (see above). It's an estimate, not a promise — but the company's on-time record is on their quote.
The status jumped
Drivers sometimes tap two statuses close together (arrived, then loaded) — that's normal for a quick hook-up. Each tap is timestamped on the timeline.
